Love everything about this spot. This is my only and 1st Optometry review ever. The moment I stepped inside, I noticed I was greeted with genuine service and the place is gorgeous. I asked for my glasses to be adjusted to prevent it from slipping off my nose. It was done within 1 minute and I asked for the fee but the optometrist said no charge. I was more surprised how 3 fancy locations in Tokyo and 2 in California didn’t want to adjust my glasses for a fee. I want to show my gratitude and appreciation to all the people at U & EYE OPTIQUE for the kindness and super friendly service. This place has HUNDREDS of high quality and stylish glasses.

Honestly THE BEST eyewear store in town! I have worn glasses for 17 years, tried numerous stores and this by far the most detailed and quality service i gotten. Love that all steps of the eye-check process are done with machines!! The frame i like had 2 colors, i chose the black at first, then realized i wasnt happy with it, texted them and they still assist me to change it again!! 100/10 ⭐️ On top of the great customer service, their variety of frames is great too. A bit pricier than most places in town, but DEFINITELY WORTH IT for the quality! 🤓

I visited this shop just this afternoon. Although I went there to fix my glasses, not to get a new one, the Korean manager was kind enough to assist me and fixed my glasses for free. I would definitely recommend this shop and I would get my next glasses or lens here for sure.

Went in with a prescription from the uk. The staff talked me through the options. I went to a couple of other places, but this business offered the best prices. Today I went back and again they patiently talked me through the options and answered my questions. They had the lenses I needed in stock, so 30 mins later, my glasses were ready and they are perfect. Thank you so much!

똑같은 안경테와 렌즈가 타업체와 비교했을때 가격경쟁력이 떨어짐. 참고로 안경피팅 정말 못함. 이부분 개선해야할듯함.

21mil for glasses but bad . Broken.Not talking about repair issues, choosing materials that can easily fall off, because of busy work, they don't come to the warranty every time they fall out, and when ordering, they don't carefully advise on the material ordered to see if it can easily fall off. out or not to the customer, then blame the customer for not coming to repair. It fell out a thousand times, and I had eye problems and my glasses kept falling off. so bad
